History

In 2003 the Bunge Foundation launched ReciCriar- pedagogy of the possible, starting to cooperate with the training of educators from several regions of the country, by multiplying the richness of the teachers’ experience into a route in which they are agents of changes pushing the improvement in the educational process where they cross, exchanging experiences and contributing to the development of creative and innovative projects at the schools.

Its essence - the experience of transforming teachers - is originated by the Professores do Brasil Award annually bestowed by the Bunge and Orsa foundations and the Ministry of Education. The winners of that award, in addition to local teachers, are the lecturers in ReciCriar seminars and workshops. These are full and varied experiences, to be used in any part of this country.

ReciCriar is based on 5 pillars:

  • Valuing the self-esteem of teachers;
  • Emphasizing the importance of registry in the development of a pedagogic processes;
  • Stimulating the teacher to be a player in the educational process;
  • Establishing links between the teacher and the student by means of affectivity;
  • Indicating new ways to the challenges of education.

Differentials

  • Values the teacher as the agent of changes pushing the improvement to the educational process;
  • Stimulates other teachers to perform the registry of their educational procedures based on their reality;
  • Values the work of the teacher as the player of his/her history;
  • The work is implemented horizontally, from educator to educator.

Dynamic of the Program

In order to ReciCriar be effective, the Bunge Foundation enters into partnerships with municipal and/or state Secretariats of Education, with local entities linked to education and with professionals of this area. The event happens two days in a row, in which three educators - two winners of the Professores do Brasil Award and one from the public network of the city - alternate to present lectures, to report their experiences and guide cultural workshops in which they disseminate their pedagogic procedures, making the participants to become multipliers of such knowledge.

Since its launching, ReciCriar has trained about 11 thousand educators from several cities of the country:
